I went to Aideen with a back injury and she has been amazing! After just 4 sessions I’m already feeling so much better. Not only does she work her magic during treatment, but she also gives really helpful advice on strengthening exercises to support full recovery. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a professional, knowledgeable and caring massage/sports therapist.

Had a problematic shoulder for many years, tried other sports massages and was told that only surgery would solve it. Gave Aideen at Cascades a try, she instantly pinpointed what the problem was, 2 sessions later, zero problems! Have continued having treatments ever since and feel fighting fit! Highly recommended.

Aideen is very professional, pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, she provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. I suffer with spinal stenosis and treatment from her has given me great relief from the pain, tight muscles and discomfort it causes! Definitely recommended to anyone.

I call her my magic lady as she fixes all my problems from tennis elbow to shoulder pain, to sore back and legs. I visit regularly and it is worth every penny, if you have any musclar problems she is well worth a visit

Made an appointment with Aideen after reading all her positive reviews. I had a deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulder pain. I walked out as though, I was walking on air, would definately pay another visit . Thank you

I visited Aideen just this week - don't let her petite size fool you! She really knows her stuff and demonstrated that during the treatment! Identified my issue and went to work! Already booked in again to hopefully sort my issue that's bothered me for years! Would definitely recommend!

Aideen is an amazing masseuse. Fitted me in at the last minute, even though I'd never been before, which was very much appreciated. Had an excellent neck and back massage and feel so much better, physically and emotionally. Next appointment, already booked in. Thank you so much, Aideen. I would highly recommend Aideen. I went to see Aideen with what I thought was sciatica pain. Aideen quickly found what the problem was and did her thing. Within the hour I was walking out with next to no pain. I cannot believe the difference! Aideen put me at ease throughout and certainly knows her stuff! Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I would definitely recommend Aideen's sports massage, amazing difference after 2 visits. After getting rid of the tension in my neck and shoulders I had the Lomi Lomi massage which is the most relaxing experience I've ever had. You can't help but nod off! It has helped me immensely with my anxiety and I will be returning

Wow, this lady knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her professional skills to anyone suffering discomfort or even stress.
